Suggested Uses

Center-of-the-plate turkey entree's, carving stations, catering and anywhere a premium freshly prepared turkey breast is preferred.

Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Butterball recommends to thaw individual roasts in their original packaging under refrigeration for 48 hours. Remove thawed roast from the plastic overwrap bag, do not remove the foil. In a shallow pan, place the roast in a convection oven preheated to 325 F. Cook the roast for approximately 2 hours or 15 minutes per pound. With approximately 30 minutes left in the cooking process, peel back the foil to allow the skin to brown. For a conventional oven, preheat the oven to 350 F for and cook the roast for approximatley 2.5 hours. Remove the roast from the oven when it reaches 160 F and let it "rest" for 30 minutes.
